I teach mat classes to all ages and abilities using different types of small equipment such as bands, weights, overballs, circles and stability rollers. I plan and prepare each session carefully noting clients' conditions and have their individual goals in mind. Exercises are broken down to make them accessible to different abilities whether a beginner or experienced and I ensure they are enjoyable, meaningful and relaxing. I work on a progressive approach building clients up week by week. All my classes are kept small in order for me to give each client individual attention using verbal and tactile cues to enable clients to practise Pilates safely and effectively. Clients will be asked to complete an enrolment form which will enable me to assess their individual needs.
